I ordered 1000 packets. It was my first major purchase on Alibaba. Upon receiving the parcels, I found that they were poorly packaged. After inspection, we found that only 600 packets were in good condition and suitable for our business. The seller assured me that this was a "force majeure" and normal during delivery. However, it is precisely the poor internal packaging that plays a key role in this case. (as seen in the photos) All packets were tightly bound with rope, which damaged them. The packets had small cracks, holes, and abrasions. If you value your brand, you should not use such packets. But the seller assured me that the packets were in normal condition. I worked with manager Mavis Huang, and she is professional and quickly responds and helps with all issues. I would not recommend ordering, as you are likely to receive a large number of damaged items (in my case, packets).
